Sardaar Gabbar Singh Distributor, Sampath Kumar Press Meet

Reportedly, Sampath Kumar acquired ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ Krishna district rights for Rs 4.5 crore. He paid Rs 4.38 crore prior to the release. Sardaar Gabbar Singh recovered only Rs 2.52 crore Share and he lost Rs 1.8 crore.

he was promised that the loss incurred will be compensated with Katamarayudu. Executive Producer Sreenivas asked Sampath Kumar to meet him in February 1st Week. but his calles were not answered were no replies for the messages as well.

so Sampath Kumar called for a press conference and leveled serious allegations against the Producers.

he says ‘I am a fan of Pawan Kalyan. Obtained the distribution rights of Sardaar just because its PK’s movie without even going through the document’

S. Gopala Reddy

S. Gopala Reddy is an Indian Film Cinematographer, turned Screenwriter, Director and Film Producer, known for his works in Telugu cinema and Bollywood.

S. Gopala Reddy was born on 4 July 1951 in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.

he started his Career in 1968 with Venus Studio, Chennai as an apprentice to Veteran Cinematogropher V.S.R.Swami.

He got Break into the Telugu Film Industry in the year 1979 as a full-Fledged Cinematographer and Throughout 1980’s he has been working in Bollywood and Tollywood.

he has done camera work for Amitab Bachchan movies like Aakhri rastha , inquilab, and suryavanshi in the 1980’s. and worked for more than 125 films and most of them with Nagarjuna.

his debut Directorial venture was ‘Na Autograph’ in 2004.

In 1990, He co-produced the blockbuster Kshana Kshanam, under his production house Durga Arts. He has received two Filmfare Best Cinematographer Award (South) for Varsham and Sri Ramadasu in 2004 and 2006 respectively.

Sundeep, his son, is also a professional cinematographer.

Ram Prasad

Ram Prasad is an Indian Director of Photography predominantly working in Telugu film industry.

C. Ram Prasad was born to the couple Sri C. Madhav Rao and Smt. Subbalakshmi in 1965. His father Sri C. Madhav Rao is a makeup man in South India and mother a housewife. He spent his earlier years in Chennai where his father was working as a makeup man. While his father inspired Ram Prasad to make a decision about his career and it was the film industry that supported his decision of joining the industry.

Initially, like everyone else Ram Prasad also struggled in his life. After completing his SSLC, he joined the Film Institute in Chennai to pursue a Diploma in Cinematography (D.F.T.-Diploma in Film Technology). His passion for photography was so much that he just dropped out of college to join as the assistant of Late VSR Swamy.

Initially C. Ram Prasad worked as assistant cameraman in feature films (Telugu) from 1986 to 1988 and then as associate cameraman in feature films (Telugu) from 1989 to 1993 and got his first break in Pacha Thoranam as cinematographer then worked as director of photography for many hit movies like Hanuman Junction, Athanokkade, Maryada Ramanna, Mirapakay, Yevadu, and Legend.

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is an Indian Film Editor and Producer who has worked extensively in Telugu Cinema. In the Film Industry many call him Chanti Garu.

He is the younger brother of Kotagiri Gopala Rao, who died on November 6, 2012, a known film Editor and Producer, who holds the banner of Kotagiri Films, with which he produced several Telugu films, including Ooranta Sankranti.

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is born in Nazvid which is located in Krishna district at Andhra Pradesh, India. He has three elder brothers and two elder sisters.He has become an editor under the eminent director Adurthi Subba Rao and others.

Venkateswara Rao did not want to continue his studies after completing matriculation. He joined his brother in Madras and trained as an editor. K. Raghavendra Rao gave him the first chance to edit two songs in his film Adavi Ramudu in 1977.

He has worked for many films of legends, like N. T. Rama Rao, B. Gopal, Bharatirajaa and many more. Before becoming an eminent director, S. S. Rajamouli has trained under his custody in film editings for a year.

He was elected unanimously as the President of the Andhra Pradesh Film Federation and served the members for 6 years..

Rishi Punjabi

Prawin Pudi is an Indian film editor, who has worked on Telugu and Tamil language films.

Prawin Pudi after After Intermediate joined the Telugu film industry as an assistant to editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao in 2000, before also apprenticing under Sreekar Prasad and Marthand K. Venkatesh. He worked on Telugu films in the early 2000s as an assistant editor, before moving on to work as a free lancer for Corporate Films, Documentaries and Television Advertisements, before shifting to Pawan Kalyan Creative Works as an associate editor.

After making his debut as an independent editor with ‘Aakasa Ramanna’ (2010), his first breakthrough came after working with Trivikram Srinivas in the action comedy ‘Julai’ (2012). Since then, Prawin has regularly collaborated with the film maker in ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ (2013) and ‘S/O Satyamurthy’ (2015). He has also worked closely with Vikram Kumar, working with him in the successful ‘Manam’ (2014) and the Tamil film, ’24’ (2016)

Nizar Shafi

Nizar Shafi is an Indian Cinematographer who works mainly in the Tamil Film Industry and Telugu Cinema. He was critically acclaimed for his work in ‘Sutta Kadhai’, ‘Naaigal Jaakirathai’ and ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’.

Nizarali Shafiulla was born in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.

His movie ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ (2015) became the fourth-highest grossing Telugu film of all time at the United States box office, where it was released in 115 screens.

Gnana Shekar V.S

Gnana Shekar V.S. is Indian Cinematographer and a Painter.

He marked his beginning with his student film titled Tetris. which was an official selection at Cinéfondation, Cannes Film Festival. First gained critical recognition for his debut as an independent cinematographer with the film ‘Vedam’ (2010) . His work is noted for its realistic approach. His recent film ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ received accolades and rave reviews for his unique way of painting the canvas of the silver screen using natural flame.

Gnana Shekar’s education was an irony, Being the son of a teacher he never had an experience of schooling. He was a curious kid who picked up on his father’s collection of literature. At early life, his Imagination took a swirl when he stumbled upon an Illustrated magazine which evoked a sense of visualization in him.

As a fine arts student, he was influenced by great masters like Vincent Van Gogh and Niko Pirosmani which inspired him to create some intense spiritual Art works in which he marries a Modernist sense of Perspective with an authentic form. Though his first love was painting, Later during the course, he wanted to mould his skill into photography.

Painting the screen apart, Gnana Shekar has another love – painting the canvas.
